- Cap. Edmund likes all styles and techniques and he also finds it fun to handline from time to time. You and he will bottom fish, troll, drift, sight, and whatever else it takes. The captain is also going to do a Rockfish trip in the Potomac from mid-November to the end of the season from Kinsale, Virginia.
