Frozen mullet cut bait bottom fishing before lunch on a wreck today we hooked up on the way down. As soon as we saw color, the cobia had company. A smaller cobia followed side by side all the way to the boat! Customers were very happy. 30 pound spider wire, Penn Battle II with a 6 foot 50 pound mono leader, temp outside today 92 degrees. BIG fight on small tackle makes for a fun 26 minute event...

Penn Battle III, white 30 pound spider wire, 6 foot 50 pound mono leader, chicken rig keep on bottom and feel this fish's wake before strike!! Very sensitive... 8 am today, 94 degrees outside on a wreck with lots of smaller action when this big boy bends the rod over. Smaller tackle makes for a fun and exciting fight.

Mom said that was the most fun she has had with her clothes on! Caught on a Penn Battle II, 30 pound spider wire, 30 pound mono leader Carolina rig on the bottom next to a favorite spot. Fish had two hooks in his mouth when landed, he has been to the surface once before. 82 degrees outside today around 2 pm. Water was Gin clear today. Not much current or wind today...

These snapper are everywhere on this wreck. I like to fish light tackle because it is sensitive and fun. Penn Battle III, 30 pound spider wire, 50 pound mono leader chicken rig on the bottom. 88 degrees with a 2 degree wind chill factor lol! Not as hot as usual. Shame we had to let this one go... Very beautiful fish.

Trolling next to the beach with pink sea witch and mullet strips at 5 knots, the weather was way too hot to anchor up. Had to keep moving to keep us cool outside. Everyone else is sitting in the A/C watching the action eating the catered lunch from Cedar Lodge Kitchen! Thank you to all our partners.
