Hi Roger I was very sorry you didn’t show up to your 2nd paid trip.If you fail to inform our skipper things are not quite right for you on the fishing excursion how can he put things back on track.
Our business goal is to make sure all our customers are happy customer who become our friends and return year after year.so on this occasion whilst I would normally agree with the customer.it leaves me wondering how an experienced man could drop a rod with a reel on it into the water .May be this is why you didn’t write a review .the rod by the way was brand new and reel purchased last week for €500 plus €80 line.and the depth of the ocean was 40m.it would have been nice for you to say publicly yes im sorry I dropped the rod there was a secure line next to you for it to be clipped in of which as an experienced angler was purly negligent of you
It hurts me to say this but I review you no stars
With no thoughts but to your self.

Thank you for your review.we operate to the spanish maritime rules which are the most stringent in the world.our boat was inspected by the fishing police only 2 weeks ago.the equipment you used were only a few months old.
Now please could you pay your bill to us as promised.
