My passion lies in targeting barramundi—a species celebrated for its size, fight, and flavor. Renowned as one of fishing's ultimate challenges, barramundi thrive in our region's estuaries and coastal waters, offering exhilarating battles that test skill and patience.
Our half-day tours are planned around tidal patterns, ensuring ideal conditions whether you're casting for barramundi in the estuaries or exploring inshore reef fishing. Our trips are tailored to the perfect tidal conditions. We will check the tide condition prior to the tour and contact you to see if you would like to proceed with lure fishing or bait fishing. It's upon client choices.
Solo travellers, couples, families, and groups are all welcome. My goal is to blend excitement with relaxation, offering not just a fishing trip but a chance to connect with the environment through local expertise.
As a full-service guide, I provide all gear, licenses, and safety equipment—you only need to bring along your own beer and personal items. Post-trip, I'll clean and fillet your catch, ready for you to take home and savor.

Full Day Private Charter - Remote • 2 adultsFloran was super knowledgeable with the fishing location and local knowledge for the day. The trip was planned in the dry season so conditions were hard for the bigger Barra but we still walked away catching 29 Barra 2 Saratoga and 3 catfish with a blistering pace on the morning bite including a triple hook up with us encouraging Floran to get in on the action also. Plenty of wildlife was seen on the Mary river with photo ops of large crocodile, buffalo, native birds and amazing landscapes.

Darwin 4 hours Private Charter • 4 adultsFlo was on time, very accommodating and always helpful,…fantastic skipper. Even though we didn’t have any success with Barra, he showed us what to do and how to do it…hopefully better luck next time. We then went reef fishing and bagged out on red snapper. He kept moving us around to get different spots to get species which was great, Cooked some of the snapper last night and it was superb. Thank you for a fabulous day Flo,,,much appreciated by us all !

Unfortunately didn’t manage to land any fish, but saw some amazing queenies, barra, rays, a small shark and even a croc! My 10yo daughter broke her arm a few days before the trip, but Tom helped her and had her casting and enjoying the trip! Would definitely recommend!

We were fortunate enough to bag a good catch. Would highly recomend giving it a go 🎣👍

Our clients booked for a half day barramundi fish and chips, by checking the tide. We found a good biting window, and come back with happy clients. Please note, uh, in June, probably not the best time of the year to target barramundi, however, we're still be able to target barramundis as they they are still around, like middle size of barramundi in the Darwin Harbor. If you are planning to book a private barramundi fish trips, contact us. We can check the tide conditions and then give you the advice. If the condition are not good for barra fishing, we can still organize reef fishing adventure. This give you a better fishing outcome.

Double the Birthday Fun??

Today was extra special! We had the pleasure of hosting two birthday anglers on their 30s and 40s birthday. To celebrate, we combined the thrill of barra and reef fishing in a half day charter. Lures flew, lines screamed, and the catch was incredible –Snapper? Check! Estuary cod? Double check! And a near-disaster double hook-up for extra excitement?! Absolutely! What better way to celebrate a birthday than with a fishing adventure. We're already looking forward to their next trip!

Darwin Harbour gifted us an incredible blend of species—Black Jewfish, Golden Snapper, estuary cod, bluespot Trevally, a feisty small shark, and even a thrilling crocodile sighting! ?? Short time, maximum effort. ?
We had a fantastic half-day trip. To fulfil our client's wish, our guide carefully checked the tide and found a short but optimal time for barramundi fishing. Despite the challenging water temperature, our client made the most of the fishing session. He successfully caught his desired barramundi and even some other fish! The bucket list ticked. ✅️??
