Cold, but fantastic day on the water with Capt Justin. Boys were catching fish and we got to see a spots on Lake Norman that were true to his roots. Looking forward to going back out in the future. Would definitely recommend Capt Justin. He’s knowledgeable and a down to earth family man. Thanks again Capt.

My wife, two daughters (ages 9 & 7), and myself went on a half day fishing charter with Captain Justin.  We had zero fishing experience when we went out, but Justin was awesome. He was prepared from the start. He picked us up from our rental house dock on time, had live bait ready, and did all the dirty work to get us started fishing. My daughters caught a bass and a catfish on the first cast! The kids were very excited!  We went to a few fishing hotspots throughout the trip and caught 25-30 fish! Not only did he teach us fishing techniques, he taught us some boating tips and told us some spots to visit on the lake. Captain Justin was patient with our children and catered to their needs(shade, baiting lines, and bathroom breaks).  We will definitely book Captain Justin on our next trip to Lake Norman. Great family memories!

I was making up a trip that was stormed out in Florida (curse you Alberto!). So I decided to try my hand at some lake fishing. I went with this guy named Bo instead of Justin and he was a good man. We had a great time catching spotted bass like crazy. I got the hang of catching them within a few minutes. I was also the only one that caught a catfish. We must have caught at least 50 spotties apiece that day and I even caught my first hybrid bass after several tries. Though I was disappointed I wasn’t able to get any stripers (It was too hot for them anyway) I will still go on this trip again. It was definitely worth the $200. I can see myself chartering with them again, even one day with my little niece when she gets old enough.

Had a great time. Caught lots of bass & hybrids. Justin worked his butt off to make sure we had an awesome experience, which we did.

Captain Bo was very nice but not the best time of yr (1st week Aug) for the best experience.
