Captain Dan has been fishing the San Diego Pacific for over 15 years. Growing up in a fishing family, he has been fishing and working on boats since the day he was born. While working on larger sport boats and 6-pack boats in San Diego over the years, he acquired is 100 Ton masters license. He knows the industry very well and is well in touch with other captians on other boats, which is a very deadly weapon. From inshore to offshore and islands, he knows the industry well and thrives to put his customers on fish and give them the most memorable and personable fishing experience possible.

    Got us on fish right away

    4 Hour Trip – Inshore • 2 adults

    Capt. Dan was great. knowledgeable, experienced and personable. We have fished all over the world and this half day outing ranked right up there. We were fishing for taco meat and Dan had us catching Rock Fish within Minutes and moved us around to keep us on fish the entire trip. We caught four different species of Rock Fish, Dan filet them all up for us and we get to fly back to Montana with a cooler full of fish. Just a great morning.

    We booked for a half day bay trip, we had a group of 4, with 2 of those four having never ocean fished before. We were catching fish on their well maintained boat from the first stop. Captain Dan was patient and helpful. Don’t think my daughter had to touch bait or the catch as Dan was right there to help. Next time if she wants to go she’s baiting her own hook at least. I think we had about 20 fish for our short trip out. Would definitely recommend and use again, both of the first timers and myself had a great time catching fish with Fish Further charters.

Fl speed foamer fishing today. Hooked about 10 and ended up with three bluefin tuna and yellowfin tuna from 20 to 50 pounds and the yellowtail to put the icing on the cake.
