- I was born in Conway, South Carolina and my family has been in Horry County since the middle 1800's. I have been fishing since I could hold a pole in my hand. I began my charter fishing career as a deck hand on the Pride of the Carolinas followed by a stint on the Hurricane II out of Calabash, North Carolina. I met Captain Randy Elliott in March of 2020 and have been his first mate ever since. He and I have fished together over the past five (5) years and I am blessed to have him as my Captain and my mentor. I have truly learned a great deal about the Charter Fishing Business from Captain Randy. In fact, I believe he has forgotten more than I may ever know about Charter Fishing in Little River. I have taken over the helm of the f/v Fisher of Men Little River, SC as the new owner/operator and plan to provide the same great service that Captain Randy and I have provided for the past five (5) years and beyond.
