1st time saltwater fishing. Last time she fished was 10 years old. Mangrove Snappers, Catfish, Seatrout, Weakfish and a Sheepshead all in a 4 hr trip. Lets get on the water and build a memory.

The fish were biting all morning today. Bonita, Tarpon & Kingfish. Surprised that no sharks were caught today. Clients from Atlanta enjoyed their work out. Gonna have some sore arms later tonight!

We had a great day. Kept turning on the outdoor A/C going from spot to spot. Catching at each spot were a plethora of fish. Using light tackle and targeting big fish make for a great work out session. Calm seas and willingness to venture is rewarding to say the least.

While the wind was blowing (luckily more out of the west) the beach fishing was a good choice. We hooked up on several medium (20lb) Jacks, hooked into cobia and a few sharks that were stretching the line to the max! Its' one thing to sight catch redfish in 10"-15" of water each day. And with the water being gin clear here lately, its is great to do some sight fishing in the northern lagoon system (more so NSB south lagoon). Then, for those that can't or don't want to get up early, the inlet bite is going great (as long as you know the pattern) for the much bigger bull reds. Today- lost 3 fish at boat side, but boated 3 Big Bull Reds over slot (over 30" long) all in a 30-45 minute period of time. Bending the Shimano Trevala rods over catching these fun fish!
