Es fรผhlte sich eher wie eine teure Bootsfahrt als eine Angeltour an โ mit Angeln im eigentlichen Sinne hatte das wenig zu tun. Das Equipment war zudem nicht auf dem Stand, den man bei einer gefรผhrten Tour erwarten wรผrde โ es erinnerte eher an das Niveau einer einfachen Thailand-Bootstour. Das hat uns die Freude am Angeln leider zusรคtzlich genommen.
Dass an diesem Tag kaum Fische gebissen haben, ist natรผrlich Pech und gehรถrt zum Angeln dazu. Am Ende hatten wir einen Fisch gefangen, doch als wir fragten, ob wir ihn mitnehmen dรผrften, sagte der Guide nur: โNein, der gehรถrt mir.โ Nur wenn man mehrere Fische fรคngt, dรผrfe man laut seiner Aussage รผberhaupt welche behalten. Das war fรผr uns eine รผberraschende und enttรคuschende Regelung โ von anderen Touren kennen wir das so nicht.
Wir hatten im Vorfeld sogar explizit nachgefragt, ob auch Spinnfischen oder aktives Angeln mit Kรถdern mรถglich sei. Uns wurde dies zugesichert โ umgesetzt wurde es jedoch leider nicht.
Fazit: Wir haben fรผnf Stunden lang Ruten beobachtet, ohne selbst wirklich angeln zu kรถnnen, durften den einen gefangenen Fisch nicht mitnehmen โ und das alles fรผr einen stolzen Preis. Sehr schade. Diese Tour kรถnnen wir in Alicante leider nicht weiterempfehlen.

I took some time to think about how to write this review, so letโs start with the positives: our fishing guide was punctual and very friendly.
Unfortunately, there were several aspects of the tour that really disappointed us. Most of the time was spent trolling for fishโover four hours of itโwhich turned out to be quite monotonous. It felt more like an overpriced boat ride than an actual fishing trip.
The equipment used for trolling was far below expectations, more like what youโd find on a basic tourist boat in Thailand. It took away much of the enjoyment of the experience.
Granted, fishing always comes with the risk of not catching much, and that day the fish simply werenโt biting. In the end, we managed to catch one fish. When we asked if we could take it with us, the guide told us, โNo, thatโs mine.โ He explained that customers are only allowed to keep fish if several are caught, which was a surprising and disappointing rule. Thatโs not something weโve experienced on similar tours before.
We had specifically asked in advance whether active fishing with lures or spinning rods would be possible. We were told yesโbut none of that was offered during the trip.
In summary: we spent five hours watching rods that barely moved, caught one fish we werenโt even allowed to keep, and paid a premium price for it. Sadly, I wouldnโt recommend this fishing tour in Alicante.
