Zack was wonderful! He communicated well with us before the trip and during our excursion. He made sure my 9 year old son (who had never been on a boat or fishing) enjoyed the whole day. We went to a beach that wasn’t crowded or deep and played for hours. We even caught crabs. During the trip he helped my son catch his very first fish and crab. We booked a pontoon 6-hour trip with Captain Zack. It was during spring break and there was no fish biting at all, for anyone out there, but we still had a blast. He took us to some great swimming spots for the kids and we saw dolphins. Lots of things went haywire in terms of weather, conditions, and other issues, but Zack was cool calm and collected and turned it into a great time.
