Took my boy (13 yrs old) and daughter (11) on a 3/4 day trip with Captain Allen. We spent most of the day fishing but the last couple hours we lobstered. We first trolled on and near the reefs where we had several strikes and landed a large mackerel and a Bonita. Then we moved closer to the reef, anchored up and cast with shrimp and cut bait. We lost count of the fish we caught (yellowtail and rainbow runners were the eaters and we caught enough for a couple large meals). A huge hammerhead shark entertained us for a while near the boat. Then we motored back toward shore and snorkeled for lobster in 3 - 7 feet of water. It was our first time lobstering. We saw a bunch but were only able to net 2, both of which were too small to keep. But it was a great first time experience and we’ll do it again. Capt Allen was fantastic and very patient helping the kids. He expertly filleted the fish and provided an excellent recommendation where to go to have the fish prepared. I go on a couple fishing charters every year while on vacation for the past 15+ years and this was one of the most enjoyable. A lifetime memory with my kids.

My daughter’s only request was to catch some Mahi Mahi, and that is exactly what Captain Allen gave us! Captain Allen made sure we had the best chance of getting fish today with finding us the perfect hot spots. We finished the day with 10 Mahi Mahi and one yellow fin snapper. Thank you Captain Allen! We will definitely be back!

The Capt’n was super easy to deal with. He Called and prepped us a day in advance had plenty of detailed instructions on who what where and when. Boat and equipment were clean and operational. Had a great day, caught fish and had pleasant company. He Cleaned our fish and recommended several restaurants that would cook our fresh catch. If you are traveling with your family and want an easy day on the water, Id highly recommend Captn Prince and Lower Keys Offshore Adventures.

I can’t say enough good things about Captain Allen.  We appreciated the chill vibe he provided.  We had a slow start but he worked hard and PERSEVERED to get us into some Mahi Mahi and then finished the day w some snapper. If you’re thinking about a trip I strongly recommend Allen!

Although we had to modify where we were fishing because of the wind Captain Allen took us to different places to experience different types of fish. He knows the area and has a comfortable boat. We took the fish we caught and had them cooked up at Kikis. We recommend booking with Captain Allen.
