Captain Mike seems like a man that will adhere and adapt to any and all personalities.. he can cut up with the best of them and be a gentleman all the same.. we only caught 2 reds on our 3/4 day, but I firmly believe it was due to the conditions of a north wind and slight cold front that came through and murkied up the water. My father and I had a great morning with Captain Mike, and caught 9 red drum. He knew the locations where to go to find them and his equipment was perfect for getting around and hauling them in.  Her even suggested we depart from a different location a little farther away to avoid murky water caused by recent rains.  The only downside was that the drum we’re either too small or large so did not keep any for dinner. Captain Mike did an excellent job for the situation   at hand. A tropical storm hit topsail two days before. The tide was extremely high and the water had not settle down since the storm. We did pay for 6 hour and we stopped roughly after 5 hours. However, Captain Mike did take us around to all the spots that he know of and we caught two to three in each spot. After 5 hours one of my boys were done. I will plan another trip with Captain Mike when we come back to the area.
