I don’t know what kind of fisherman you are,however,not a fisherman who is experienced snapper fishing.We use gear suitable for our target species,not for catching guppies.As far a banging sinkers on the boat,that is like my crew coming to your home and hitting your dining room table with a hammer.Unfortunately,the damage to the boat caused by hitting it with sinkers and chipping the paint costs more to repair then replacing your table.As far as the money is concerned,this is a business,not a charity.Sorry you feel this way,but over the years we learned you can’t please everyone.
Maybe you should consider retiring from snapper fishing,cause I am not!!!!

Passenger safety is number one for us.
Since I have the Red book it was my decision to cut the trip short for passengers safety.
Instead of going to the booking service you should have spoken to me about a credit on a future trip
You chose not to do that.
That was your decision.
