Was a slow day but it was worth it on my birthday to celebrate turning 40 with my brother. Zach was great, he was communicative about what to do, kept talking with other guides by phone or passing boats asking after colors and would move us around first before others left the area when there was no bite. Zach is a great guy with a life in which he is a professional guide…what I dream job.  We meet him early and we had a great time, my family enjoyed the boat, his attention to trying to get a fish on one of our hooks.  It was a slow day for fish but we brought back a nice Springer and lost one, oops.  Anyways Highly recommend Zach, he works hard to get you on the fish!

This fishing excursion for us was both Fun and We all caught fish. Thats the whole reason we were here. Captain Zach did a superior job of being on time, getting us on the fish, putting us at the right depth, catching our limit within the rules, and being both the captain and 1st mate in every way, deserves a standing ovation !  He even cleaned AND filleted the fish. Zach had an injury before our trip. when I got the phone call that he was injured my heart Sank…we had looked forward to this trip for months ahead of time, I was so relived when he told me he had already found someone else to take over for the trip. Captain Shirley had us on our first salmon within 20 minutes and limited out in hours. His knowledge cannot be matched. I will definitely book another fishing trip in the near future.
