- As a Panama City native, born and raised. Captain Justin has navigated, studied, and fished the surrounding waters since the age of 10. His first job was the deckhand on some of the most known and successful boats in Panama City. In between school and being a first mate, he fished and placed in several inshore and offshore tournaments. Most recently winning the Tuna Division in the Marine Max Offshore classic, 2022. Captain Justin has had the opportunity over his career to learn and work beside some of the best, most successful captains in the industry. With him behind the wheel, he promises to do everything in his power to make sure you have a fun and successful trip with Flat Line Outdoors LLC.

- There are many species that Captain Justin targets in the Panama City area depending on customer preference, seasons, and regulations. He prefers a lighter tackle method but will use what is best matched for the targeted species whether inshore or offshore. This will also increase the odds for a hook-up and it makes the fight much more exciting!
