My 9 year old son and I had a great trip with Captain Eddie.  We only booked a 6 hour trip which I knew would limit how far we could go but thankfully the deep water is within 2 miles from shore. 
We were a bit early to the ramp but Eddie was alongside the dock and ready to go so the trip started a little earlier than the planned 7am.  We headed out of the inlet on a flat calm, busy day on the water with many other boats doing the same.  Captain Eddie was just setting his spread and had a fish pull the line out of his hands!  Fish on.  My 9 year old wound in a keeper Mahi Mahi within minutes of leaving the inlet. 
There was a lot of seaweed and boats to contend with but Eddie is an extremely hard working captain who worked the various depths while constantly making sure the spread was cleared of seaweed with perfectly presented lures.  He did all this while educating us about the methodology and processes of his fishing tactics.  Never a dull moment. 
We covered a fair bit of ground and picked away at the fish on what I gather was a mediocre day.  We fish regularly and know that there is never a guarantee of catching fish but on this 6 hour trip we managed 2 keeper mahi, 2 keeper king mackerel, released a large barracuda, happily pulled the hook on another barracuda right near the boat, released a small Almaco jack and had something hit the port rigger so hard it broke the line.  We went home with a big bag of filleted fish and some great memories.  I cannot stress enough how hard Eddie worked to make something happen out there today.  We will absolutely be back to fish with Eddie again and I 100% recommend him for anyone looking for a productive and educational fishing experience.

Captain Eddie showed us a fantastic time at sea!  Starting with a call the day before telling us what to expect, we found him to be both caring and informative.  The day was pretty bumpy but he kept things as smooth as possible.  We came home with Kingfish and Mahi Mahi (all nicely fileted).  He taught us so much including ways for the kids to improve their fishing when back on land.  We loved our day with Captain Eddie!

My son and his friends had an exceptional experience on the water. We successfully caught Kingfish, Bonito, and Wahoo, making it a truly memorable outing. Captain Eddie demonstrated outstanding knowledge of the area and expertly guided the trip from start to finish. We look forward to our next charter with Reel Addiction and highly recommend this vessel and captain to anyone seeking a top-tier fishing experience.

From the moment he called us the day prior to our trip, I knew we’d be in good hands. He broke down every step of getting to the dock & where to park so there was ZERO hassle. He also was super authentic in setting the expectation on what to expect on the water. HE’S PASSIONATE AS HECK ABOUT WHAT HE DOES, Which made out experience 1000x better. At the end he filleted the fish for us & we left with 30lbs of fresh fish.

Eddie knows the importance of making sure its a fun experience. That day the waves were more than my son could handle and we called it less than an hour in. We will be back though. To be continued
