Based out of Pompano Beach, Reel Addiction Charter Service is your ticket to a memorable time on the water.
Come on aboard with Capt. Eddie, whose main priority is to get you on some fish. Expect to use techniques like bottom fishing, trolling, drift fishing, jigging, kite fishing, and spinning, based on the species you're targeting. Speaking of which, you have the option of 4 to 10-hour trips, where you'll be fishing for the likes of Mahi Mahi, King Mackerel, Wahoo, Sailfish, Tuna, and Barracuda, depending on the specific season and the day's weather.
Your fishing adventure starts on a 28' Mako boat that can safely take up to 6 anglers. All the necessary fishing gear is included in the price of your trip. As for fishing licenses, they are also included with the price of the trip.
The live bait trips do not include bait, so be sure to get in touch with the captain about what your options are prior to the trip. You can keep anything you catch, as long as it's legal to do so.
Capt. Eddie runs trips together with his first mate, who's there to help you with whatever you may need. Tips are always appreciated for a job well done. This is a children-friendly charter, so you're welcome to bring your kids on for a fun fishing adventure.

We had an absolutely amazing experience! From start to finish, Eddie was professional, knowledgeable, and made sure we had a great time on the water. He put us right on the fish, and we ended up landing a huge wahoo and some beautiful mahi-mahi. A trip we’ll never forget! The boat was clean, the gear was ready to go, and you could tell Eddie really knew what he was doing. Whether you’re experienced or brand new to offshore fishing, Eddie will make the whole experience fun and exciting. Highly recommend booking with him if you’re looking for an awesome day on the water and a chance at catching some incredible fish. We’ll definitely be back!
Fun day…… You guys were a pleasure to have onboard. i hope we can all fish together again.
Let me just say that although the fishing during our week had been sub-par, it was very obvious that the captain wanted to get us on fish more than we wanted to get fish. He worked tirelessly battling the weeds for us and we ended up landing about 6 fish. Due to the Captains great attitude and relentless pursuit of fish, this experience was a highlight of our trip to Florida.

My group had a long booked trip that turned out to be on a predicted slow day fishing. Captain eddie called the night before and let us know what to expect and gave use the rundown, and an honest report of how the fishing had been lately. Our trip started off slow, as all the boats around us experienced as well, but before the trip finished we got a nice Kingfish, a few tuna, and some bycatch barracuda. Cant always control the bite but captain eddie made sure we didnt leave empty handed. Great trip, will definitely be booking again.

We booked a 4 hour trip and I can’t say enough great things about Capt. Eddie. Having never fished here before, I really appreciated the communication from him prior to our trip. He’s incredibly knowledgeable and has great sea stories! While the fishing wasn’t what anybody hoped for (Especially Captain Eddie), he worked his tail off trying to get us on fish, but the bite just didn’t happen today. We did end up with one little Skipjack, so technically I cantnsay we didn’t catch anything! 😁 Based on the overall experience today, I will definitely book another trip with Captain Eddie the next time I and my family get down here!

We went out today when all other boats were docked- Captain Eddie is busy for a reason. He's extremely knowledgeable, a terrific captain, and fishing buddy (I went solo). We got in fish right away and hit multiple spots trolling. Hooked up and landed about 10 fish but kept only tge tasty ones (4 Mahi and my first Blackfin Tuna!) Was hooked on 2 much bigger fish that got the best of me, one shaking the hook within a minute and a larger, possibly Sailfish by the way it ran, gave me a solid 15 minute fight before I lost it. Captain was a great coach and talked about all things fishing and suites a down to earth genuine person. I had a blast and can't wait to be back in the Fort Lauderdale area to fish with him again. Highest recommendation!
