Background: My grandfather was a professional and traditional fisherman on the Greek island Symi which is in the Aegean sea (Dodecanese area). During my childhood, specifically during my summer holidays, I went on trips with him. As the years passed by, I was feeling lucky because I had the opportunity to eat fresh fish, octopus, lobster, etc and I already knew how to catch it! Nowadays I'm running my own business, and my love for fishing is only stronger! There's nothing nicer than spending time with a group of friends on a yacht and cooking your fish in different ways (grill, soups, with spaghetti, sushi, etc).
