We had a great 8 hour trip.  Captain Edward suggested we get an early start and it was an amazing suggestion.  We were able to hit a wreck and catch a few before the sun came up and the ‘cudas and sharks started eating our catches.  Then we were able to move to a different spot (first ones there) to try for Mangrove Snappers.  It was great fishing but eventually we were surrounded by other boats and the fishing slowed down substantially.  Since we were there early, we were able to take advantage of that and limit out on Snapper, catch some Bar Jacks, a couple of small grouper, and even a large nurse shark.  Once we limited out on Snapper we did some trolling and caught two Mahi Mahi, a Tuna, and a Barracuda.  We even made a run at a Marlin that the Capt spotted.  Captain Edward and his mate, Evan were awesome!!!  Great fishing and great conversation!  Both were extremely knowledgeable,  active, and helpful.  They not only helped us with the fishing but also educated us on a ton of other stuff including techniques, strategies, local restaurants, fish transportation and storage, and more.  Highly recommend!

Our family took a trip out to sea, in the early morning, with Captain Edward and Captain Tom of Reef Runner Charters.  Within 45 minutes of parking the boat my kids caught 8-12 yellowtail snapper.  We kept a few that were up in size to eat later.  After a quick move and repositioning each of my kids, ages 9 and 11, caught their own barracuda (two barracudas)!  Of course Captain Edward played a big part in making this happen.  We finished the half day with catching two mackerel and about 12 more yellowtail.  We had a feast at Dantes restaurant after our fish were cleaned and made ready for cooking.  We had an amazing time!

From the call the night before to putting the coolers of cleand fish in the trunk of our car these boys worked hard at giving us the best fishing trip ever.  We fished the gulf stream the reef and then the gulf stream again and caught fish every where we went. They put us on tuna, kingfish, cerro mackerel, barracuda, bonita, a huge mutton snapper, yellowtail, and to top it off a 9ft. tiger shark.  There equipment was flawless,  they had the right bait or lures for everything but most of all there attention to detail and attentiveness was superb.  Capt Edward and his mate Joel love what they do and it shows.  If your looking for good value and the opportunity to experience all key west fishing has to offer these guys ar it.

What an adventure! The seas we’re a little rough, and it took a couple hours to find the mahi, but once Captain Edward and Tom found them, we were pulling them in non-stop. The captains were extremely knowledgeable and entertaining, and we had a blast even before we.started catching fish. Overall it was a fantastic experience and we couldn’t recommend it any more

Went on a fishing trip in the Keys with my two boys and had a great day on the water with Reef Runner Charters and Captain Edward! We did an eight hour trip so we had a full day. Every spot we went to we were catching fish!! We caught some nice Mutton snapper, Yellowtail snapper and Cero Mackerel. We also caught a Barracuda and 8 foot Nurse Shark! The wind was starting to pick up a little the day we went but they still did a great job putting us on good spots! I would highly recommend a trip with Reef Runner!
