Thank you Ms Davies for your candid review. Although you were not able to join with us on the charter, I am very sorry to hear that your son and husband did not enjoy their trip. I did make sure to inform you beforehand of my maintenance issue on the other vessel, and wanted to provide you an alternative with the smaller vessel,  and informed you of its size and centerconsole layout, and provided   additional discount and gave the option to cancel in advance if it would not be acceptable. I also provide my guests the option to stop at anytime for a swim/snorkel if they so choose, or to end the charter early with refund if they are uncomfortable for any reason, but the gentleman made clear to me they wanted to only fish, and I put them in the best fishing grounds that we have. Unfortunately, through my best efforts, I cannot control the wind and weather and fish biting, but I always work my hardest to provide the best experience I can for my valued guests. Fishing is is not always easy, and many factors are at stake. Arriving from a long overseas flight the night before can certainly add to the fatigue.  I sincerely hope that you will understand that my ultimate goal is to provide my guests with the safest and best chance of catching fish that I can offer,  within the factors that I can control.
