A friend and I went fishing from Herradura with Capt Randy and David.  Although the fish were not biting much, they did their best to chase the tuna reports and try to get us on some fish.  We saw thousands of tuna in the schools jumping and feeding but they would not hit our live bait or artificial bait.  They worked super hard and even extended our time to get us on the fish.  We did catch a sailfish and some rainbow runners (which were the best fish I have ever eaten surprisingly).  We also hooked a blue marlin which spit the hook early in the fight.  Both Randy and David were great guys and I recommend going out with them 100%.  We will definitely return next year!

This was my second time fishing with Capt Randy and mate David. Last year we just killed it boating 10 Tuna in an hour. This time around we paid for last years bonanza. We did land one Black Fin Tuna and one Mahi Mahi but other than that it was a slow day. But, checking with the other 4 boats in the area everyone was getting skunked. Notwithstanding a slow day I would still do it again with Randy and David. They did everything they could to put us on fish but today just wasn’t the day. Sometimes it happens but not for lack of great effort by the two of them. Hope to be back again next year.

We went fishing, and it was absolutely amazing! We caught two sailfish and a huge tuna, and we were lucky enough to witness a breathtaking sight of a huge pod of dolphins swimming nearby. It was an unforgettable and magical experience!

The absolute highlight of the trip was being able to swim with a sailfish in the wild ocean. It was such a rare and incredible moment that we’ll cherish forever.

Captain Randy and David were simply incredible. They were so professional, attentive, and friendly that we felt comfortable and had a great time throughout the trip. Their passion and dedication truly made this adventure special.

My family and I had a fantastic fishing experience with Captain Randy and David. They were warm and genuinely invested in ensuring we had a great time. The boat was immaculately maintained and handled the sea with ease. Following a slow start, Captain Randy expertly guided us to a hotspot, where we caught an impressive array of fish, including a big wahoo, multiple yellow fin tuna, king mackerel, and the catch of the day, a ten-foot blue marlin! It was a truly unforgettable day of deep-sea fishing. Look no further than Captain Randy and “Los Cielos”!

Randy and David were fantastic. From the moment we stepped on board, we made a game plan for the day, and we were off to the races.

We caught multiple sailfish, and a few smaller fish. It was an incredible full day on the water. Got to see a lot of the coast, and enjoyed a delicious lunch with beer and water.

Very enjoyable experience, and something I would recommend to anyone coming to Jaco. Thank you Randy and David! This was an experience we won’t forget.
