Get out and about were perfect for exactly what my partner and I were looking for. Skipper Andrew was extremely knowledgeable and answered any of our questions, targeting exactly what we wanted to do throughout the 3/4 day charter. We caught fish nonstop and had plenty to take home. The 6 hour trip was our highlight of Airlie Beach, not only did we get to get out fishing but got so much value out of Andrew pointing out landmarks and speaking about the area. Such a top bloke. We had an awesome 6 hour charter captain was excellent shame the fish didn’t want to play. We got a feed and we are happy. That’s why its called fishing and not catching but it was an excellent experience highly recommend it.

Excellent trip with my two young boys and my mother inlaw. The captain was friendly and helpful. Knowledgeable about the area. Good gear and put us straight on the fish. Would highly recommend and I’d go again when up in the area.

We had such a wonderful experience with Captain Andrew.  He is an exceptionally capable guide, very knowledgeable….and was very patient with our two children, ages 12 and 14.  We had a great day, and our 14yo daughter had the big catch with a 10kg trevally!  Would highly recommend Get Out & About Whitsundays Fishing & Tours!
