I booked a 8 hr bottom fishing trip on September 4th, 2022. I received a call from the captain “Craig” to move the trip to Friday, 2 days before due to potential storms which we appreciated. We ended getting on the boat on Friday and went to the end of the bay right before getting out to sea. He notified me that the waves were too big to go out and offered a 4hr trolling in the bay instead. I declined since that’s not what I drove down here to do. He said we could reschedule for Monday September 5th, 2022 at no extra cost. When we docked after a total of 2 hrs going out to the bay and coming back I tipped the captain and his deck hand “Brandon” for the effort and gas.Brandon was exceptional and I have nothing but nice things to say about him. He was friendly and made sure my group was good to go. As I was leaving Craig said he would touch base Sunday about Mondays fishing trip. Come Sunday, I haven’t heard anything from Craig. I sent him a message, called multiple times, even called the marina they were docked at.  None of which I have received a call or message back. It’s is extremely unprofessional to have a trip scheduled and never hear from the captain. For those who have read this until this point, if you are on the fence choosing a charter and wanting to have a great fishing trip, I would encourage you to look elsewhere. A deposit is required before a trip and unfortunately you won’t be able to get that back, or a phone call.
