This was the perfect trip to go on! The group was three adults and two 5 year olds. Captain John and Austin were great! John communicated with me from the time I booked and let me know exactly what we needed and where to meet. While it took us a few hours to catch some fish, the wait was worth it! We’ll be sure to booked with him again when halibut season opens up.

John and Mat’s experience and professionalism was evident before we even left the dock!!! We drove 4 hours for the trip and it was worth every second!! John checked in with us prior to the departure date, gave easy directions, and was ready to rock. He put us on fish right away and when the weather didn’t cooperate, we moved and got on again. Both Mat and John were attentive to my children (7&9) and we all had a blast.

We had a great day fishing in the ocean for rock fish and long cod. We got on fish fast and caught more than we could have ever imagined. Non stop action all day long. The size of the fish were absolutely incredible. John and Austin were great company. We had a lot of laughs and hope to join them again someday on the water. I booked this trip as part of a bachelor party for my buddy and we all had a blast.  Captian John and his deckhand Austin were awesome and super knowledgeable. Real old school fishermen.  I booked a half day for halibut and we almost hit our limit.  Austin filleted them and sent us home with a cooler full of fish.  10/10 would book with addictive sport fishing again.
