I’ve been fishing in shore here for a few years and consider myself a pretty accomplished angler but my biggest goal and challenge has been chasing tarpon.  I just haven’t been able to get it, and not for lack of trying.  Captain Kyle has a reputation when it comes to connecting with the silver kings so I joined him for a half day and man am I glad I did! We hooked up with multiple tarpon giving me the most exhilarating fight I’ve ever had on the other end of a fishing rod.

Kyle is extremely knowledgable and keeps his equipment in meticulous order and quality.  His boat is incredible clean and comfortable and he knows these waters and fish like the back of his hand.  I seriously can’t say enough about him having gone out a few times on his fishing trips.  You find a better host, guide or captain for a Sarasota fishing adventure.

A great morning on the water with Captain Kyle!  Snook, Jack, Trout, grouper, catfish!  Throw in a manatee and dolphin antics (fun to watch but never a good thing for fishing!) and you have a beautiful day!

This was a dream come true. I always wanted to bring my kids fishing and captain Kyle succeed my expectations. My kids had a blast, they learned how to fish and they enjoyed the strip very much. I totally recommend Lucky 13 for your next fishing trip. Captain is very knowledgeable and very patience with kids. We are definitely doing this again later this year.

One of the best days of fishing I have had in a long time. We started off the morning fishing for snook and ended the trip with Kingfish. Captain Kyle was so knowledgeable of the area and was able to put us on fish for the entire time. He had live bait ready and gear was in tip top shape. His boat is beautiful and clean. I will definitely be fishing with him again!
