My family and I had a wonderful time! The crew was knowledgeable and courteous. Sparrow was the bomb. We will definitely be back!

This was a horrible experience starting off by directions.  We were given a location name and when told to the taxi there was 3 locations that name (we got that figured out). Once we got to the boat yard and to the dock it was extremely sketchy. The dock was rusted and looked unsafe. We were told to walk one by one and on the right side only.  Once onboard we noticed that there were no seats for the four of us except one for the captain and one for the passenger. We were told to sit on the two coolers that were there leaving the 4th person to either go in the cabin OR stand up.  As we departed the dock and locked back we noticed that half of the support of the dock was missing (see photo). As we were departing the lagoon we rammed into the bridge support pretty hard. No look at the boat or sorry or anything just kept going.  As we started fishing we noticed NO live bait.  The ad stated Live Bait.  Needless to see we caught nothing. No hits no nothing which could be understandable.  We decided after three hours we were over the experience and asked to go back early.  Per the ad there was no snacks at all just water/beer in the cooler we were sitting out.  I reached out to the company and they said they would look into it and apologize.  Also offered a 100% discount for our next fishing excursion.  They knew we’re would not have a next time as we were on vacation.  I asked about maybe some compensation back and haven’t heard from them since.

The photos you see is NOT what you get.  I would NOT recommend this company.  We fish all the time and this by far has been the worst experience ever.
