Captain Burke is a spear fisherman, Master SCUBA Diver, and Master Captain, with Florida local knowledge of Marine Biology. The sustainability of the local aquatic life is important to us all. Landing a monster fish of any kind, getting recognition for your achievement is important, and landing, and preparing your catch for consumption is important as well. If your goal in fishing is not for the consumption of your catch, We believe in catch–and–release back to the ocean so our fish stocks can be maintained.
