- I've guided on the river since 1986 and we purchased Trial End Camp from the original owners in 1990. I had an idea on how to get groups together on a big boat. Ocean style charters…why can't they work on fresh water? No one does it so we pulled it off. We primarily jig fish for Walleye and cast lures for Pike and Smallmouth Bass.
