Headed out on an overnight trip with a few repeat clients, found some good school-size fish that wanted to bite. Ended up landing 12 bluefin for passenger and crew limits!

Took a great group of guys out for some bluefin fishing, and got lucky with a large grade bluefin on the kite! Weather looks to be pretty windy offshore for the next few days, but well have another stretch of good opportunity at the end of this month / early september! Fish was taken straight to Seal Beach Fish Co for professional processing, and will be delivered to our client’s house.

Live report from today’s charter, headed out early morning towards the banks. Found a good spot of fish on the sonar, and drifted it out. 140-180lb grade fish, with great signs for the coming week!

Started off the first week of August with some of the best fishing we’ve seen in a while, with fish weighing in up to 200lbs. There is a large volume of good grade fish hanging between the islands, and weather has been ideal. Majority of these fish have been caught on the kite, with a popper and spreader bar fish here and there. Its a great time to go out and get a fish of a lifetime!
