Tahoe Topliners Fishing – Est. 1996
Captain Ron and his mate were excellent. He was put us on fish within 20 minutes and that continued throughout the trip. The mate was always there to rebait and help with problems. we were late to the boat but the Captain did not rush back in and made sure we fished 6 hours. I looking forward to booking with him again

fishing is fishing! the definition of fishing is a hook and bait at one end and a fool at the other end. we didnt catch a monster load of fish but we did catch enough to have aome tasty fish tacos. these guys got us on the fish and we had a wonderful time.

We were there the last Saturday in April, so it was a bit chilly and it rained on us for about 45 minutes. There we definitely fish biting, but the biggest thing I would recommend is to layer up! Bring a hat and gloves, and even if there is a layer of clouds put sunscreen on. It was cloudy for us the entire time and everyone still got at least a little sunburnt; some more than others.
