Continued strong Fluke fishing at Block Island. Bigger size and more fish. Yesterday we ended with 125lbs. Also got into a couple Black Sea Bass and Scup.

Super fun commercial trips this week for Fluke at Block Island. Increase in quantity and size with every trip. Great fishing overall. Even got into a couple of Black Sea Bass.

We had a fun trip with a solo client who wanted to target Stripers! We fished the bay and got our client his slot fish & also got to release some overs. Bay fishing has been consistent and larger bass at the island should be following shortly.

Great start to the 2025 season over at Block Island. Lots of Fluke & even caught 1 Striper (that was released) which is early, but a good sign for the coming weeks.

Slow day for bass today, but still managed to secure 10 Blue Fish and 10 Bonitos! Not our intended catch but sometimes it happens, the Stripers did not want to bite trolling or on live eels this morning.

Great action again at the tuna grounds. 18/18 combination of jigging and trolling, these guys didn’t miss a single bite! Decided to stop at the island on the way in for a couple of Stripers and Sea Bass too! Amazing day!
