Plan for large waves, even in good weather. It is warmer on the boat than expected. Someone will get sick. Skip breakfast or eat a very small meal. It is called fishing, not catching. The captain does his best to put you on fish.

Book with Tease Me sportfishing if you want to catch a white marlin! We trolled from the time we left the dock until it was time to come in, and they crew did everything they could to put us on the fish of a lifetime.

Keep an eye on the weather and winds and prepare appropriately for rougher sea conditions. Even if youโve never been seasick it never hurts to pre-medicate at least an hour beforehand if the seas are rougher. That way you donโt ruin a good trip

Make sure the Ocean swells are not to high. Makes it difficult to stand up and fish, specially if you haven't fish in the Ocean for a while.
But a great trip just the same

Donโt eat a resort buffets before going out on the water. It screws your stomach up. Iโve never gotten seasick in my life, but I ate the buffet about an hour before getting on the water and totally regretted it!!! It wasnโt seasick but nauseous from the food
