Ricky and his family came to Ramsgate on a breezy day keeping us close to the harbour but as we always say the best fishing is close by and within minutes of dropping the anchor a fine Bass came aboard quickly followed by another one. Along with plenty of Doggies keeping the youngster amused we made the most of the 4hrs trip they had booked. Come and try the fishing here at Ramsgate Always a chance of a good fish

We've had a great summer aboard HUSSLER with plenty of Smoothounds, Mackerel and Bass. As autumn cools the waters we should start finding more Skate, Whiting with good chances for jigging for Bass as they shoal up. We have plenty of dates available throughout including weekends with 4hrs, 6hrs or 8hrs trips to suit, always with the best bait and tackle onboard. John comes with me in a group of 7 up to 16 times a year.He enjoys so much they have all formed s fishing club that works on a.point system snd end of year winner gets a shield snd trophie just makes it that more interesting for the members this smoothiund was 13.3 lb johns biggest is 17. Lb this day he win the day with 10 smoothounds and other fish

Four hour Fishing workout

David thought he was coming for a relaxing afternoon fishing but after a rough ride out to the fishing ground we hit into the Mackerel just as the a bait rod went over with first Smoothound quickly followed by another rod with a second Hound. Along with Bass and Doggies it was non stop action until we headed for home.

Get to the boat on time. Don’t treat the fishing trip like a booze cruise. Respect the captain and his equipment. Take sunscreen, a hat and sea sick tablets if you’re prone to motion sickness. Be realistic about your expectations and enjoy the experience. Catching fish is a bonus!
