Inshore fishing is really good right now for redfish and giant 10-12 pound bluefish. Talk about a lot of fun on light tackle. Also seeing some nice speckled trout.

Tidewater group today. Every time Cody comes he brings some catching with him. Plenty of cobias and bonito and big ole bluefish for fun. Kept enough for dinner and released 2x that many! Have several open days in June!

Drum fishing this week is literally OFF

Sight fishing for Drum this week has been amazing with large schools of Bull Reds on top from time to time as well as a few schools of Black Drum. There has been an absolute TON of large Bluefish and I am frequently finding both Albacore and Bonito chasing baits on top. Did hook into one Bluefin Tuna that we did not get to the boat as well as seeing a few Cobia ~

This place is a hidden gem. We probably caught close to a dozen different species of fish and filled up an entire cooler of fresh fish. Had a blast. Even my 4 and 6 year old girls had a blast hanging out on the boat. Highly recommend checking Roman and Cedar Island out.

Good Near / Inshore fishing in Morehead City has great clean water and populous fishery. Pretty tame waters for an easy fishing day. We didn't fish off-shore because the gulf stream/deep waters are 40+ miles off shore. Morehead City has several local restaurants to cook your catch. Always contact the captain to set and receive expectations for your best fishing day.
