Winds haven’t been cooperating but found the first school of mahi at 230ft while they chased down bait. They then seemed to move north and found another school betwen **hidden content**ft chasing more bait. Some peanuts but good size keepers.

We have had spectacular fishing these past few weeks. Too many photos to share but little time. We had anglers from all over the world wanting to catch some of SE Florida's favorite game fish and sure they left with a smile on their faces. September and October are two of my favorite months to fish the Upper Keys (Biscayne Bay, Key Largo, Everglades National Park). Water is clear with many windless days and fish are happy. We fished anything from top water lures, live bait (sardines, shrimp, crabs) to flies. In Biscayne bay the action was almost non stop except during slack tide but the tidal range is so diverse in this intricate maze of keys (islands), bays, coves and flats that just moving a few hundred yards we can always find moving water (active tides). List of fish included tarpon, snook, bonefish, jacks, redfish, mutton snapper, grouper, sharks, barracuda, and more. We are now expecting the mullet run to swing by our coast and the fishing will be on fire.
