Fresh JUG'S LANDING Fishing Reports

Day 1 with the Stevens’ big crew. I had Gentry, Alex, Chandler, and Raymond onboard. We started out good but the action turn HOT and the guys went to town smashing on some speckled trout. Plenty of smack talk going on in the boat and I may or may not have partaken in some of it!?We were fishing like it was tied up, in the bottom of the 9th, for the championship! This was a great group of young men! Thanks for a great day fellas, it was a blast for sure. PS- THE NEW PATHFINDER 26 IS AWESOME!

I had H.E. and his good buddy, Jerry, back onboard. It wasn’t fast and furious but the guys stayed picking at them for an early finish. We were able to beat the winds picking up and the heat. Day 3 with the Tennessee crew. We started out on redfish, but with the tide falling hard, it was too slow of a bite for us to stay. I was worried we would run out of water if we waited too long. So we made a couple of adjustments and put some sheep in the box. Was a great 3 days and the whole crew had great times and caught tons of fish!

Great day 2 for the Tenneesee/Kentucky Crew! Guys smacked the redfish, they wanted to see what bonus fisb we could catch. We were thinking sheepshead, but along the way, i past right next to a spot i couldn’t help but try for trout. It was the right move, the guys absolutely waxed the trout! Phenomenal day in nasty conditions!

We had a bjg geoup of guys down from Kentucky/Tennessee. We stayed patient and was able to put a nice box of fish together. The days are getting longer, and things will be warming up. The fishing has been great, through the winter, but spring is finally right around the corner! Looking forward to ripping lips with great people in some warmer weather!

Day 3 with Steve from Illinois. We started out a little different. It was a lot warmer to start and the tide was going out. We bounced around with lout much luck. Finally, we had to make a big move because the tide was getting too low. We put a nice box of fish together and then called it a day before we got beached somewhere. Thanks for a great 3 days in some brutal conditions. Looking forward to seeing you later this year!
