Weather is important, as well as water temp. Make sure you look at it before you go. Anytime we catch fish it's good. There were plenty of fish, just not as many bites as the Captain hoped for. Not for a lack of effort and marks on the screen.

This is 80F+ water. Youโre going to be bottom fishing with 7-8 rods in 90F heat (July). Captain Owen gets you set up to real in 3-10 lb Catfish from 30-60 feet of water. Itโs work but fun!

Great experience and beautiful day-wish we would have been able to catch more fish. Our boat was kind of tight for 6 fisherman, but i understand they just got a bigger boat for future outings.
