It is hot and you need to wear appropriate sun protection. Bring plenty of fluids with you. Be ready to catch fish we landed between 150 and 200 fish on our 2 charter days because our skill set matched the fish we caught. For 2 anglers on the boat that was a rewarding charter.

Obviously December fishing is going to be cold, but knowing that and also knowing it was out of season for some species, the trip was absolutely worth it! I canโt wait to come back in the summer

Go out to deep water , do to being warm temperatures. Make sure you let the captains know size of party . It help them to have things ready before you get there.

Personally, I recommend a good long sleeve UV resistant shirt, SPF 70 sunscreen for your face and neck, and hydrate well the day before. And, be prepared for a workout! Fish that swim in ocean currents are a lot stronger than anything Iโve ever caught in fresh water.

I would definitely recommend fishing for vermillion snappers. They are a blast and you catch a variety of other fish.

Everything was great but the weather had turned and prevented us from going offshore but Kenny was able to take us to a point where and stay there and had us getting bites and catching fish the whole time couldn't ask for anymore from him. Great captain
