Tough conditions today with excessive wind and extra high tide which made it harder to find the fish. Going early for half a day is best for summer in Texas. Gets real hot real fast. Especially if you donโt have cloud coverage.

We stayed the week here on the bay and it was pretty windy all week. However, we first had our trip scheduled on Wednesday but the captain called and said we should reschedule it for Thursday. Thursday was the lone day we had calm weather. The sun was hot, and bright, but we had an evening trip from 4-8p so it wasnโt overbearing
