Fresh TPG Isle of Hope Marina Fishing Reports

30 degrees this morning according to my truck, but it’s hard to complain when you’re reeling in fish non stop. We started with the trout and put some good ones in the boat before switching to the reds. Freddie, Mathew and Rock put the smack down on them and caught somewhere around 300 redfish. Literally a bite on every cast! This bite isn’t going to slow down in the near future, and I have some availability after this coming week. If you’re interested, give Miss Judy charters a call, ask for me, and book at least a six hour trip so we can make the runs and get on the trout and reds!

Had a couple of fun trips last week, catching lots of trout and redfish, with the bonus flounder thrown in. We had to battle the wind and big tides to find the fish but when we did it was on fire. There are still a lot of undersized trout mixed in with the big ones, but that keeps the action going at least. We are at the very beginning of the season, so the fishing should only get better from this point on. Can't wait for the triple tail to start showing up in a couple of weeks hopefully.
