The boys caught sight of our catch at the pier as we got back from a trip — they didn’t hesitate and booked their own charter on the spot. We headed out the next morning. The FAD bite was slow, just a few small yellowfins, but we kept saying, “we’ve got a feeling he’s coming.” Sure enough, as we passed Eastpoint Curaçao on the way back in — boom, there he was! A solid blue marlin hookup and an awesome fight to finish the trip. The boys were hooked — in every way.
