Trip Summary
As we get into the cooler months, fish will be pushing into creeks, canals, and areas that have warmer water.
Shrimp will start to become more of a preferred bait instead of the lively greenbacks.
When fishing these areas its important to let the bait sit, as fish will become lethargic as the temperatures dip, so that means the fish arent going to chase bait around.
Patience, and a good cast will be the key to success.
Redfish have been thick in numbers, but not many fish above the cookie cutter size.
Lots of big Trout have been caught, on both artificials and live bait.
The Flounder bite continues to improve , and we’ve seen some good numbers recently.
Snook are in schools in the warmer areas and will bite on the warmer days, if its a day after a cold front they’ll slow down for a while until the weather warms again.
I have some days available if youre looking to get out there and catch some fish.
