Recently we have done several 4 hours short trips, in Matiatia Bay area. The catches over there were quite good, including big snappers, Trevalley, Yellowtail Kingfish, etc. Meanwhile big sharks are active as well—-Lemon sharks. We have released them successfully. When the weather is good we usually arrange open water trips. Over there the depth of water is about 40 meters, where there are more opportunities to catch different kind if fish, as well as decent size yellow tail kingfish.
