Fishing with Capt. Doug

Today was a great day on the water in Alaska with Captain Ray. The weather was excellent, making for comfortable fishing conditions and beautiful views all around. The highlight of the trip was landing 2 nice king salmon, giving the anglers a solid catch and a memorable outing. Overall, it was a productive day with strong action, good conditions, and plenty of reason to head back out again soon.

Fog couldn’t stop Captain Doug this morning on the Knik River! Through the mist and classic Alaska conditions, we hooked into action and landed 2 beautiful king salmon. Another unforgettable morning on the water and another reminder that the Knik can produce even when the weather tries to keep things interesting. Who’s ready to chase the next big one?

It finally happened—Captain Terry got the skunk off his boat and landed a decent king salmon today with his clients. Even with a little rain moving through, the crew stayed after it and turned the day into a solid success on the water.
