Trip Summary

A beautiful though slow day of fishing but we did manage to catch some nice crappie, bass, and bluegills. Additionally we lost a couple of really nice fish.

The three biggest crappie today were just short of the TARP qualifying length of 14 inches. Other species taken by pushing and pulling crankbaits included white and yellow bass. Additionally, three big largemouths were hooked and lost after a nice show of aerial acrobatics.
