Trip Summary

With water temps in the 40’s and several cold fronts, the Bass are still not very active. The main story lately has been the Trout! We are catching several Trout and some nice ones to boot!! I fully expect the Bass bite to pick up in the next week or so.

The Trout fishing has taken over as the best bite going lately!!! Some great Rainbows up to 20” biting at nearby Chatfield Reservoir which is only 30 minutes from downtown Denver!!
