with the challenging weather we are experiencing with the current cyclone of Madagascar. We launch from Durban as the surf was huge off Umhlanga. with the inshore dirty water, we headed out to some well known reefs to find some cleaner water. the fishing was tough with a few quality bottom fish and this beaut of a GT caught off a drifted live Mozzie on an 8oz sinker. it was my clients first ever offshore experience and he was over the moon with excitement as the fish fought fiercely and he was exhausted after the fight. we safely released the GT and look forward to the next time our clients join us for another adventure.
