We booked the full day, tuna and shark fishing private charter for my brothers bachelor party.  Some weeks before the actual trip I called Crunch Time up to discuss the details and that was when I met T.J, the captain of the Crunch Time fishing vessel.  J.T is an awesome captain, he was very up front with me about the conditions, and it was going to take a little luck for us to catch something signifigant.  Nontheless, we booked the trip to see what would happen.

For the entire day J.T and his first mate made it their personal mission to get something on the hook for my brother.  And while we were not looking, something major happened.  The catch was incredible, and the crew on Crunch Time worked their tails off to make sure we got that Tuna caught and on the boat.

The crew went even further and helped us with breaking the fish down so we can share it amongst eachother.  They never complained and stayed focused on making sure we had everything done as we hoped.

Something I think folks should know, is when you book this charter, you are GOING FISHING!  It is not a booze cruise, this is a sport moment.  While we had a couple of beers and had a lot of fun, the focus was on the sport.  This trip is not for the faint of heart, WOW what an exciting time.  So if you want a taste for what fishing can be, I would definitly recommend booking Crunch Time.

This was a weekend we will never forget.  I am so very grateful for the crew and the effort that went into making something special happen for my brother.  Thanks again so much J.T and Ryan, you guys are a part of a big memory.

Captain TJ and first mate Matt made our trip the best ever! Right from the start was easy to find the marina and boat slip. We were greeted right away by the captain and first mate. He went over the safety features given the current times, he had 3 wash stations and hand sanitizer, and everyone aboard wore masks so you couldnt feel safer. Was a quick jog out to the first fishing spot and right away we were into some big fish. All in all we caught the days limit for blue fish and hooked into some big fluke. We will definitely come back to Montauk and make crunch time our go to charter fishing vessel.
