Great trip, First time with salt water fishing and had a great time. One adult and two teenagers, Captain kept us on the fish and engaged with the boys ensuring everyone had a great trip. Would do it again in a heart beat and plan on doing so in the future. He Even cleaned the fish and recommended a couple awesome ways to cook them.

Hot day but fishing was great

Spent 4 hours with captain Andy night fishing. The captain put us on fish right away.  We had a great time.  The captain was great with my 12 year old. Would recommend to anyone.

Captian Ben was awesome!  Day started rough with high winds, but didn’t stop us from having a good time.  Captian Ben was awesome with my two boys and had us catching fish in no time.  Struggled with keepers, but walked away with some good fish and more importantly memories for the family.  Highly recommend Tight Lines with Captain Ben.

Out Captain was not to blame for the trip getting cut short due to lightening, however, we were asked to pay full price for the excursion even though only went out for 2 hrs.  The Captain agreed to waive his tip as a discount of sorts.  We were supposed to be fishing inshore, but the rods on board were only rigged for trolling, which seemed to be odd.  We were told that we couldn’t go fishing to the west of the marina, which would have taken us away from the inclement weather, due to that area being fished by the Fort Morgan charters exclusively.  With the first sight of lightening we called it a day as the Captain stated that it wasn’t his decision, it was simply the boat owner’s policy.  I understand policy, but we weren’t told that we would have to return to the marina and pay full price if the weather turned bad until after we departed, and I would have thought that we would have been told that we forced to fish in an area immediately adjacent to where all of the dark clouds were prevalent before leaving as well.  I would highly recommend going in the AM to avoid the afternoon thunder showers to anyone considering a trip
