Honest report!! We booked for Red fish, specs and flounder but had bad storm come through that morning that dumped a lot of fresh water in the bay. With all the fresh water the fish was not going to bite.ย So the guide asked us did we want to try and go off shore a little bit to catch Red snapper.ย So we agreed and went but the water was rough in a 24โ bay boat for wife and kids.ย It was do able but guide really worked hard to keep us on the spot, since there was no spot lock trolling motor on the boat.ย I give it to the guide cause he really tried.ย But rain storm came in and we had to call it.ย We called it, not the guide cause it was just rain.ย Over all guide was great!ย Could of had trolling motor to keep us on the fish better and less work for the guide.ย I do recommend the guide and had fun.ย Mother Nature 1 and us 0!ย Thank you for the trip!

Great captain, very knowledgeable, and even more friendly. Rough start in cold and wind, but captain kept working, made a 30 yard move off spot using intuition and knowledge, and slayed Sheepshead!!!
Captain Andy worked his tail off in challenging weather and eaves to put us on nice numbers of sheepshead, flounder, and reds.ย We were, without a doubt, the only boat that did well in these conditions primarily due to his control of the boat and knowledge of how and where to fish.ย We would certainly book Tight Lines again.
We went out on a fairly windy day but Captain Andy made sure my 12 year old son and I Had the best experience we could he took us to areas that we would get a fish, he was knowledgeable and very helpful on every aspect of the trip, even gave us the best recipe ever to go home and cook our fish with and everyone in the family loved it!
We booked a trip with Captain Andy and it was great! 10/10 would do it again! Even with the bad weather and the shitty timing of our trip, he was able to get us on a huge redfish that made my mother-in- laws whole trip. He was very honest and upfront about how many fish he thought we might get and told us beforehand about how the tropical storm has affected the fish. He was great company and very knowledgeable about where to find the best spots! Will definitely be booking again!
